SOUTH PORTLAND, ME - The SMCC men's basketball team dropped a heart breaker to YSCC opponent NHTI tonight 90-87.  The Seawolves drop to 6-4 on the season and 4-1 in YSCC play.

The Seawolves controlled the first half going into half time with a 53-38 lead.  NHTI came out second half on a mission slowly chipping away and took the lead and eventual win 90-87 with one minute to play.  NHTI's Bestfort Syla paced the Lynx with 37 points.

Leading the charge for the Seawolves was Josh Mackie with 19 points.  Randall Laing chipped in with 14 while Jim Thyng and Daniel Foster had 11 a-piece.

The Seawolves will need to bounce right back as they head on the road to VTC on Saturday.  Game time is set for 3:00pm.
