Cumberland, ME. Tommy Stirling (Gorham, ME) and Alex McFarlane (Cape Elizabeth, ME) continue to lead the way for the SMCC golf team.  The men finished eighth at the Maine Intercollegiate Golf Championship behind Husson University, Bowdoin College, Univ. Southern Maine, UNE, Bates College, Saint Joseph's College and Colby College.  The Seawolves bettered their team score on day two by 18 strokes to edge University of Maine at Presque Isle by one stroke. Individually, Stirling tied for sixth with a day one 79 and day two 74 for a total score of 153.  McFarlane tied for eleventh with an 83 and 75 for a 158 two-day total. 

The Seawolves are in action again next Sunday at a YSCC match hosted by Great Bay Community College.
