South Portland, ME.  The Southern Maine Community College men's soccer team lost a close battle this afternoon to Bridgton Academy 1-0.  The teams fought fairly evenly in the scoreless first half.  The Seawolves controlled the ball for most of the second half until Bridgton's Nick Melville found the back of the net. 

The Seawolves move to 6-3 overall and remain 6-1 in conference play. The men play again at home this Saturday, September 29th against Eastern Maine Community College.
