South Portland – The visiting Unity College Rams picked up two goals in the first 16 minutes of play and then cruised to 2-0 victory over the Seawolves of Southern Maine Community College in today's regular season finale. With the loss the Seawolves finish the regular season 8-5-1 overall and 7-3-1 YSCC. The Rams notch the victory today and finish the season 8-6 overall and 6-5 YSCC.
The Seawolves will now look ahead to the YSCC play-offs. They will enter as the #2 seed of the east division and will host #3 seed Central Maine Community College. The game will take place Tuesday, October 15 at the Graves Athletic Field on the SMCC South Portland Campus. The winner of that game will advance to the YSCC final four held in Concord, NH.
