Fields scored her first goal just 1:46 into the game off a pass from teammate Zyrah Giustra (New Sharon, ME). SMCC chalked up four goals before the Mustangs' Amber Pritchard scored off a penalty kick. Giustra and Madelyn Wade (Brunswick, ME) scored three goals, two and one respectively, to close out the first half and gave the Seawolves a 7-1 cushion entering the break.

The second half was all Fields as she notched all three of the Seawolves' goals, one score coming directly off a corner kick. After yesterday's performance Fields has now compiled nine goals on the season, tied for second highest on the team and tied for sixth in the YSCC with Seawolves' forward Kym Hendrix (Waterboro, ME). Giustra is also making her way into the leader column, the two goals she scored against the Mustangs gives her ten on the season tied for fourth best in the YSCC and tenth in the USCAA. Giustra is also ranked third in the conference for assists with six, getting two of those assists in yesterday's contest.

With this win the Seawolves end their regular season at an all-time best 8-1-1, going 4-1-1 in conference play. The playoff matchups will be determined this week and the Seawolves will begin postseason play at some point this weekend.
