South Portland, ME. The Southern Maine Community College (SMCC) baseball team split their doubleheader match up with conference foe Vermont Technical College (VTC) this afternoon. VTC took the first game 17-11, while the Seawolves came out on top in game two 3-2.

Sophomore Mike Crowley (Gouldsboro, ME) led the Seawolves going 4-6 on the day including a homerun. Freshman pitcher Mike Vadnais (Biddeford, ME) earned the win for SMCC in game two.

SMCC is now 14-14-1 overall and 5-1 in conference play. The men face off against VTC again tomorrow in a doubleheader starting at noon.
