Seawolves Get Redemption Against Bridgton

Standish – The Seawolves went on the road tonight and avenged a loss from earlier in the season to the Bridgton Academy Wolverines with a score of 5-4 behind the combined pitching efforts of Corey Mongiat (Waterboro, ME) and Dylan Morrow (Hays, TX). Morrow picked up his first collegiate win pitching two hitless innings.

Leading the offensive charge for the Seawolves was catcher Pat Emanuelson (Hudson, NH) who hit a two run single at the top of the seventh inning to put the Seawolves in the lead and record his third hit for the day. Centerfielder Alex Brown (Weymouth, MA) also had three hits for the contest including a double.

With this win the Seawolves improve 7-2 overall and 4-1 in conference play. The Seawolves will return to action on Friday September 27th at University of New Hampshire at 7pm.
