Seawolves Roll Past UNH

South Portland - Tonight the Seawolves looked to keep the momentum from Wednesday afternoons big wins as the faced off against the Wildcats of the University of New Hampshire. The Seawolves chalked up nine hits, five for extra bases, and scored nine runs as they defeated the Wildcats 9-3. 

Seawolves' pitcher Dylan Morrow (Hays, TX) earned the win as he threw a complete game giving up three runs, two of which were earned, while collecting fourteen strikeouts on the day. Shortstop Phillip Langley (Shawnee, OK) started the Seawolves offensive rally with a RBI double. Langley proceed to score off a sacrfice fly by first baseman Caleb Burpee (Kennebunk, ME). Second baseman Justin Ciszewski (Auburn, ME) followed up with an RBI double of his own to drive home centerfielder Alex Brown (Weymouth, MA) who was walked previously in the inning, putting the Seawolves up 4-0 after three innings of play.

Brown went 2-2 at the plate with two runs, a double and a stolen base while leftfielder Jon Daniszewski (Laconia, NH) went 2-4 with a double and a run scored. 

The Seawolves are currently 10-4 overall with a double header against the Beavers of the University of Maine - Farmington tomorrow at 1pm and 3pm.
