SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine- The Southern Maine Community College baseball team was defeated in both games of its double-header against the Beavers of the University of Maine- Farmington (NCAA Div. III) on Saturday, Sept. 24.

The first game was a scheduled nine innings in which the Beavers slugged their way to a 21-3 victory. The SeaWolves lost the second 11-1 in seven innings. Both were considered exhibition games.

The action continues when the SeaWolves play host to Holyoke Community College on Saturday, Oct. 1. First pitch is scheduled for 12 p.m.
