NORFOLK, Va.— In the release of the first United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) baseball coaches poll on Friday, April 7, the Southern Maine Community College baseball team ranked 19th among the top 20 programs in the association.
In a poll based on a point system and voted on by a committee of baseball coaches nationwide, the SeaWolves received 244 total points. The other Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) program making the poll was Central Maine Community College who came in at 10th grabbing 318 points.
Wright State Lake Campus was polled at the top spot in the national rankings, receiving 394 points.
