The Seawolves of Southern Maine Community College (Overall 2-1, YSCC 0-0) beat Unity College 85-32 in the opening game of the USCAA Tip-off Classic. After a slow start, the Seawolves found their rhythm and went into halftime up 42-15. Freshman Emmanuel Donalson (East Orange, NJ) led all scorers with 15 points. Freshman Anderson Santana (South Boston, MA) put up a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Zach Babin led Unity's charge with 10 points and 4 assists.
The Seawolves are now 2-1 overall. The men are back in action tomorrow when they take on Berkeley College (NJ) at noon.
