Bartolome, Mathisen Lead SMCC To Win At Paul Smith’s

PAUL SMITH'S, New York – The Seawolves (5-1) rallied from a third-quarter deficit to earn a come-from-behind victory over the Bobcats of Paul Smith's College on Saturday, Nov. 19.

First-year captain Jaylyn Bartolome (Sanford, Maine) led SMCC with 18 points, with junior captain Ashleigh Mathisen (Portland, Maine) adding 15 points. Junior captain Tara Flanders (Windham, Maine) put up 12 points, and both sophomore captain Maddy York (Nobleboro, Maine) and junior Hope Butler (Rockland, Maine) each chipped in seven.

Jordan Lewis led Paul Smith's with 16 points.

SMCC improves to 5-1 on the season, having collected five-straight victories after a season-opening loss. The Seawolves are 2-0 in Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) play.

SMCC turns around to play Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in another conference title Sunday, Nov. 20. Tip-off in Albany, New York is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. WATCH
