SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine— Southern Maine Community College will be host to the Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) Elite Eight Basketball Tournament Thursday, Feb. 16- Sunday, Feb. 19. During this four-day event, SMCC will welcome over 260 student-athletes from across New England and New York playing for the rights to attend the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) National Tournament in Uniontown, Pa. Women’s Basketball Quarter Finals
#4 University of Maine at Augusta vs. #5 College of St. Joseph (VT)- 2 p.m.
#1 Central Maine Community College vs. #8 Hampshire College- 4 p.m.
#2 Southern Maine Community College vs. #7 University of Maine at Machias- 6 p.m.
#3 New Hampshire Technical Institute vs. #6 Vermont Technical College- 8 p.m.
Friday, Feb. 17
YSCC Awards Banquet, hosted at the Double Tree Hotel and Conference Center in South Portland- 11 a.m.

#1 New Hampshire Technical Institute vs. #8 Great Bay Community College- 2:30 p.m.
#4 Vermont Technical College vs. College of St. Joseph (VT)- 4:30 p.m.

Fans and spectators may purchase a Tournament Pass for $20 that includes admittance into all games and one tournament program. Otherwise, fans can purchase a Day Pass for $7 for admittance into all games for one day. YSCC Elite Eight t-shirts will be on sale for $15 and concessions will be available throughout the tournament.
All games will be played inside the HUB Gymnasium at 2 Fort Road in South Portland and broadcasted via SeaWolves LIVE TV on http://www.yankeeconference.org/landing/index.
