Newport, RI - This afternoon the Seawolves traveled to Newport, RI to battle a very talented Navy Prep team. The Rams jumped out to a 24-0 lead before the Seawolves got themselves on the scoreboard. SMCC was able to claw their way back but the Rams maintained control for the entire 40 minutes, eventually taking the 100-82 victory.

Pacing the Seawolves was shooting guard Jon Amabile (Portland, ME) who netted 12 points, including two made shots from beyong the arc. Thiwat Thiwat (Portland, ME) scored 10 and shooting guards Jordan DeRosby (Waterville, ME) and Ville Wuorenjuuri (Helsinki, Finland) each added nine.

The 1-2 Seawolves will be back in action on Saturday November 7th hosting the Nittany Lions of PSU-Greater Allegheny at 3pm.
