
GAME ONE:
SOUTH PORTLAND, MAINE – Southern Maine Community College (SMCC) softball continued its winning ways Wednesday with a 12-0 five-inning victory over Bay Path University, highlighted by Sarah Wilkins (Red Deer, Alberta, Canada) tossing her second no-hitter of the season and Delanie Perry (DeLand, Florida) breaking the program's all-time hits record.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
Wilkins struck out nine and retiring all 15 batters she faced in a perfect five-inning performance.
The Seawolves erupted for five runs in the first and four more in the third to put the game out of reach. Wilkins helped herself with the bat as well, going 3-for-3 with two home runs and four RBIs. DeLanie Perry (DeLand, Florida) recorded her 118th career hit in the win, tying SMCC Hall of Famer Darcey Webster's all-time program record (set from 2007–2010).

HOW IT HAPPENED:
The Seawolves made more history in Game Two, picking up their 18th straight win and watching DeLanie Perry collect her record-breaking 120th career hit, officially passing Webster atop the SMCC all-time hits leaderboard.
SMCC led wire to wire, scoring four in the second and five more in the sixth to complete the 11-3 victory. Perry finished 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored, raising her career total to 120 hits in 226 at-bats.
Sloan Scotvold (Red Deer, Alberta, Canada) earned the win in the circle and added two RBIs at the plate. Wilkins closed the game with two shutout innings and also added two extra-base hits.
