    GRAY, Maine.-- The Southern Maine Community College golf team took first place in a tournament with Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) opponent University of Maine- Augusta at Spring Meadows Golf Course on Saturday, Oct. 1. The SeaWolves fired a cumulative score of 361, a score the team has been consistent with throughout the season.

    VASSALBORO, Maine.-- The Southern Maine Community College golf team took first place in the Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) Qualifier hosted by the University of Maine- Augusta at Natanis Golf Course on Sunday, Sept. 25. The SeaWolves fired a cumulative score of 360, seven strokes better than Paul Smith’s College.

    SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine— The Southern Maine Community College golf team took first place in its home invitational at Sable Oaks Golf Course on Saturday, Sept. 17. The SeaWolves fired a team score of 366, 24 strokes better than second place finisher New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI). Great Bay Community College (GBCC) took third scoring a 454, Dean College with a 460, and the University of Maine- Augusta (UMA) fifth carding a 484 on the challenging course.

    SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine— Southern Maine Community College’s Seth Chim (Portland, Maine) earned Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) Golf Player of the Week honors on Sept. 14. Chim carded a 79 at Beaver Meadow Golf Course on Saturday, Sept. 10 to help his team place second overall in a full field of seven teams. The SeaWolves fired a team score of 360, one stroke behind first place finishers Paul Smith’s College and Dean College (non-conference)
